Abstract: The accelerated development of the blockchain technology has presented revolutionary prospects of secure, transparent, and decentralized systems to different industries. The proposed research will help mitigate these issues by introducing a new Block-Validator framework, which is aimed at the effective and secure validation of the transactions between smart contracts and chosen miners (validators). The framework aims at improving the integrity of these transactions, minimizing the latency, and ensuring the reliability of communication between the contracts on-chain and the off-chain processes. The main goals are to enhance the efficiency of consensus, reduce fraudulent or malicious attempts of transactions and efficiently use blockchain resources without violating the principles of decentralization and transparency. The system has built in high-quality algorithms to prioritize the transaction, choose the validators as well as detecting anomaly that will give the system high-speed and secure validation that can be achieved even when the network is loaded. Some of the important algorithms used are trust based validator scoring system, cryptographic verification routines, and dynamic consensus optimization in order to achieve a balance between speed and security. The Simulation results show that Block-Validator framework can considerably decrease the time used to validate transactions and reach a high level of security and accuracy in comparison with traditional consensus models. The system as well is resistant to fraudulent transaction attempts and is also scalable as the network demand rises.
