All special issues have open call, dead line, and guest Editor. All submissions should be made using
on-line submission system. For the special issues the Receiving date is dead line date and
acceptance date is the final decision date for all manuscripts.
Guest editors are responsible for managing the papers and for the quality of the content. Every
paper in issue must maintain the quality standards for the journal. Guest editors must follow
Publication Ethics defined by COPE and PES.
The role of a guest editor in a special issue includes the following tasks:
• Selecting and editing the content of the special issue.
• Inviting authors and collecting papers.
• Communicating with authors to manage the publishing process.
• Editing and reviewing submitted papers to ensure quality and coherence.
• Coordinating with the journal's editor-in-chief.
• Conducting the peer review process and ensuring each paper is reviewed by at least two independent
reviewers.
• Sending review results and editorial decisions to the editor-in-chief.
• Carefully considering and reporting any conflicts of interest among all participants in the
review, decision-making, and publication process.
• Adhering to publishing ethics guidelines to ensure the integrity and credibility of the
publication process.
This special issue is associated with the International Conference on “Artificial Intelligence, Secure Computing and Sustainable Technologies (ICAISCST 2026)” - on April 8-10, 2026.
