Abstract: Initially, a program called Opti-Blend was coded with the purpose of being a high performing Python application in academics, businesses and also in fulfilling a soaring demand at the same time. Being a tool of the static analysis, it relies on the optimization of the syntax analysis which is far more than syntax analysis. The software does not only promise the code to run at a fast rate but is designed in a way in which it is comparatively easy to maintain by only using one technique that is deemed right structurally and semantically in the code analysis. The tool can be discussed as quite flexible as the tool can perform full optimization of the programs that may perform either a specified set of semantics or may be constrained in a broad spectrum of approaches. Besides it offers enhanced Python code, Opti-Blend can generate Excel reports and visual statistics that characterize changes in structure, repetitive patterns, and optimization results. Consequently, it assists developers to understand, assess and maintain a good Python codebase.
