Abstract: This study examines the implementation of AI-enabled digital systems in leadership and decision-making processes within industrial organizations in Saudi Arabia. The research focuses on how advanced digital technologies influence decision support, communication networks, and overall organizational performance. A systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA methodology, analyzing relevant studies on AI applications in leadership and organizational systems. The findings indicate that AI-driven digital platforms can significantly enhance leadership effectiveness, improve real-time decision-making, strengthen internal communication channels, and increase operational efficiency. Particular emphasis is placed on the potential of these systems to support greater inclusion of digitally competent leaders, leading to improved innovation and collaborative work environments. However, several technological, cultural, and organizational barriers still limit widespread adoption in Saudi industrial settings. The study provides practical recommendations for the integration of AI-based decision support systems in industrial engineering and management contexts to achieve sustainable performance improvements.
